Estelle and Fabrice are happy to take you on a tour of the Patrick Soutiran Champagne House. During the visit, you can learn about viticulture and explore the estate’s cellar and wine store, which date back to before 1730. And while you’re here, why not explore the delightful medieval village of Ambonnay.
STORING THE WINES IN THE CELLAR, AN ESSENTIAL STAGE IN PRODUCTIONOur team will greet you and guide you round our historic cellars, hollowed out in the chalky soil. Our unique cellars ensure complete darkness and just the right temperature to produce our Champagnes. Here, our wines are stored in Burgundy oak barrels or stainless steel vats. Our wines then age in bottles over a period of three to eight years. This is longer than traditional methods, but it guarantees the complexity and sparkle of our finest and noblest creations. Why wait? Come and enjoy a fun yet educational visit. And while you’re here, make the most of our tasting sessions! |
